We had a great experience at the kids club. The staff was full of energy and was very attentive. Both the kids club and baby club were great. Special shout out to Sarah, Anna and Roman. They were so friendly and patient with our kids. They made our stay extra special

Our vacation at Club Med Charlevoix was beyond fantastic!
We were travelling with my sister in a wheelchair who has special needs.
The team at Charlevoix blew us away. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we received exceptional service and care.

Harrison, the Chef de Village, took great care of us along with his exceptional team.

Andrew at reception gave us a phenomenal welcome and great service.
The lifeguards, Amin and his team, all helped us get my sister into the pool.
The yoga instructor Oscar was great…my sister did 2 yin yoga sessions in her wheelchair.
Giordano at the boutique was incredibly kind and patient.
So many wonderful GOs in Charlevoix ❤️

We had an amazing time and so many beautiful memories to hold on to thanks to this incredible team. You have no idea how grateful we are…this vacation was exceptional!

Shows were great, food was amazing, the resort was easy to navigate with a wheelchair, and the choice of activities was great…but the main ingredient to a great vacation is the people who make it happen! Thank you Harrison and team Charlevoix for making this such a memorable vacation for us!

Service is great, cleanliness is impeccable our only hick was the food wasn’t hot enough. If you like eating hot food you have to arrive at the opening of the restaurant. But the food is delicious.

I celebrated my birthday past week at Club Med Québec-Charlevoix, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.

The Kids Club was absolutely amazing—our children had a blast with the activities and caring staff, which gave us some well-deserved time to relax. The entertainment for both kids and adults was top-notch, with something fun happening every day and night.

The food was outstanding—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options for every taste. And let’s talk about the drinks—expertly crafted and served with a smile. A special shout-out to bartenders Jasmine and Mia, who made our evenings extra special with their friendly service and great cocktails!

The location is simply breathtaking. The hiking trails are beautiful and well-maintained, with panoramic views that made us stop and just take it all in. It’s hard to describe how peaceful and stunning the surroundings are—you really have to see it for yourself.

We’re already planning our return trip. Thank you, Club Med Québec-Charlevoix, for an unforgettable celebration!
