Make a confirmed reservation online using www.clubmed.us . We guarantee you will always get the lowest rate when you book with us online using www.clubmed.us or we’ll match the lower rate and give you an extra 10% discount.
Submit a Claim Form
If on the same day of making your booking (before 11:59 PM EST), you find a verifiable and qualifying lower rate on another website, we will honor the lower rate AND take an additional 10% off your confirmed booking rate.
QUALIFYING LOWER RATES
A qualifying lower rate is:
✓ Offered by an online-based US re-seller.
✓ Bookable by anyone and available to the general public
(IE: non-exclusive).
✓ Valid on the same day as your original booking
(before 11:59 PM EST).
✓ Presented for the same resort, room-type, dates, number of
adults, number of children, age of children, sales terms and
conditions.
✓ A land-only rate.
✓ An air-inclusive rate for the Columbus Isle resort.
✓ Listed in the same currency as the original booking.
✓ Inclusive of taxes and membership fees.
✓ Bookings must be made by residents of the United States or Canada.
EXCLUSIONS
The Club Med Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:
✕ Rates with differences in the booking terms: resort, room-type
(ex: different view), dates, number of adults, number of children,
age of children, sales terms and conditions.
✕ Rates with restrictions or limitations on how they are displayed or
booked. For example, prices do not qualify if they are on websites
that don't disclose the brand or hotel until the reservation is made
(like Hotwire and Priceline).
✕ Rates from auction or coupon-based websites.
✕ Rates calculated using coupon codes or vouchers.
✕ Rates for the hotel component of a package booking.
✕ Rates that require a login, credit card number or a code to see.
✕ Rates on websites that don't offer online bookings (ie: message
boards or blogs).
✕ Rates for reservations that are not authorized to be transferred (like
a guest "reselling" a confirmed reservation).
✕ Rates from websites or Apps that are in an unsupported language.
✕ Rates for bookings that don’t provide an immediate confirmation,
or are not available to the general public (like member rates, negotiated
corporate or group rates and team member rates).
✕ Rates with discounts applicable to only a portion of your entire stay.
✕ Rates for reservations made within 72 hours of the resort's standard
check-in time on your day of arrival.
✕ Rates for packages including air transportation for any Club Med resort other than Columbus Isle.
✕ If the rate difference between the price booked through
www.clubmed.us
and the qualifying lower rate is $10 USD or less.
✕ Rates offered by non-online re-sellers.
SUBMITTING A CLAIM
Only one claim may be submitted for each confirmed reservation. All claims must be made online using our Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form on the same day of making your booking (before 11:59 PM EST) on the claim submission must match the name on the confirmed reservation.
Please ensure you can provide us with the proper documentation to support your claim. For example, please ensure you take screenshots, as well as, provide us with the URl of the competing rate.
CLAIM REVIEW
After submitting your claim, a Club Med representative will review your submission and attempt to validate it. Please allow us up to 72 hours for processing. All claim communications will be made via e-mail, as the Claims department will not be available to review your claim over the phone.
If the Club Med representative is able to successfully verify the qualifying lower rate, you will receive a refund of the difference to match the submitted rate PLUS an additional 10% off your confirmed booking rate.
Please be aware, refunds are not considered approved until you have received a confirmation email from Club Med.
The refund will be processed by Club Med within 5 business days of claim approval. Please note: refund processing times may vary depending on the credit card issuer.
Guests who confirm a reservation will be responsible for all costs, expenses and fees associated (like cancellation fees), regardless of whether a Best Rate Guarantee claim is denied. A claim may be invalidated if you make any changes to the reservation after the claim is submitted and approved.
Please note: Club Med may deny claims if it believes that the Best Rate Guarantee is being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent.
Other Details
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Club Med may modify or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice. These terms apply to claims submitted on or after February 8, 2017.
