The Cons
Breakfast Variety is Damm boring... Stay there 10 days having the same food every morning makes me don feel like having breakfast....hope there's changes for the nx round when I'm bk .....
The transport that send us to resort & bk to airport was super hot as AC should be Serviced before picking up guest as U know weather in Phuket is killing....
Theatre for show ..I suggest to install more Fan as it's Hot when watching show...
But overall experience is still great with the excellent service from the Go Team😁

Exceptional family holiday
5/5 • 4/27/2025Our family of 6 (2x adults 4x children) recently spent 7 nights at Club Med Phuket. It was incredible.
Our interconnecting rooms were recently renovated in the Family Oasis section, we loved being so close to the newly opened splash park, which we visited every day, Ruby at the bar is lovely and very friendly.
Our 3 kids enjoyed Club med mini in particular the rock climbing with See and the Trapeze with the whole crew were highlights. Also loved the Amazing family area near the Sook bar with giant jenga, connect 4, table tennis and foozball table to keep us busy in between activities.
The evening shows were definitely a highlight. There was also plenty to do during the day and whether you wanted high energy or calm and relaxing there was something to suit.
The beach is accessible across a road (with a staffed crossing) near the main pool and is very picturesque.
The food at the Mamuang restaurant was always of excellent quality with lots of variety in cuisine and great kids options. The restaurant staff were very friendly and accomodating.
The GO's were all so friendly, thanks to Ali the interim General Manager who did a fantastic job

5/5 • 4/23/2025The staff were super friendly, Valentin and Aum were so kind and so nice. I loved the time with them and I'd definitely come again just to see them. They're super funny and they made the stay worth the money. I recommend bring your teens for them to take care of. They make it such a fun and amazing time for you and your family.
