Turkoise Turks and Caicos

This is our second time to this club and didn’t disappoint. Everyone was so nice and they keep the place very clean. It’s an older club so not a luxury resort by any means. But I like the non pretentious atmosphere and focus on being active. Also can just be a lazy butt if you want on the beautiful stretch of beach. Shout out to Tom, Morgan, Simonne, and Isabella at the trapeze. They are great staff and are going places in the hospitality industry.

This is our second time to Club Med Turks & Caicos and this time we decided to stay 5 nights so we can really get the feel of the resort. Overall, we love this resort, it is a bit dated and could use some updates, but at the end of the day the pool, the beach, the food, the staff, the festivities, are all things that bring us back. We did a Sunset Cruise which was absolutely incredible. Lucas and the others that run those trips are such an awesome team. They served us drinks and tasty snacks. A few ladies from my party had booked massages and they enjoyed those on the beach. We made friends with some of the employees. Joshua was awesome, he did amazing during the lip singing event at Sharkies and his singing performance during White Night was beautiful. There was only one thing during the entire trip that was not right. We had booked 3 rooms and decided to close the accounts the day before we checked out so there were no issues the day of departure. The billing was completely messed up and it took about 30-40 minutes on our last day to get it figured out. I do believe more training is needed for the front desk staff when it comes to checking people in and dealing with billing issues. As someone who has worked in hospitality for over a decade, I can say the issue could have easily been resolved and did not need to take up so much time and frustration. We love Club Med Turkoise and want to return. The resort just needs a face lift and the employees need better training.

Just back from another stay at Club Med Turkoise, and once again, we’re reminded why this place keeps calling us back. Sure, the rooms are pretty simple and could use some updates, but when it comes to everything else — the activities, staff, food, and energy — Turkoise delivers big.

We stayed active every day, thanks to the top-notch tennis, sailing, and aquagym programs. Joel and Augusto brought great energy and coaching to the tennis courts. Michelle and Simone led fantastic aquagym classes that got everyone moving and laughing — an ideal way to start the day.

The sailing team, led by Rafa, did a fantastic job keeping things smooth and safe on the water. Huge thanks to Etienne, Salu, Sébastien, Graydon, and Emrick for their professionalism and laid-back guidance that made sailing fun for everyone.

One of the biggest standouts this trip was Max, who was seemingly everywhere — pulling triple duty as Chief of Sports, interim Chef de Village, and a regular in the nightly shows. His work ethic and presence didn’t go unnoticed. Props also to Chef de Village Kevin, who was approachable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a great experience.

We also really enjoyed the circus shows and classes — the performances were high energy and well done. Hats off to Tom, Jake, Elise, Morgan, Isabella, and Simone for bringing that thrilling circus spirit and encouraging guests to step out of their comfort zones. If you’ve never tried the trapeze, trust me: go for it.

Crisabel, who choreographed the evening entertainment, did a stellar job pulling it all together — each show felt polished, fun, and full of personality.

And what’s a vacation without good food and drinks? The bar crew — Kerri, Molly, Adrian, Alex, Jackson, Michael, Jean and Wyatt — kept the good times flowing with friendly service and great cocktails. Chef Hector went above and beyond for us, preparing special dishes with genuine care. And a big thank-you to Pastry Chef Joss for creating one of the best birthday cakes we’ve ever tasted.

Special thanks also to the fantastic GEs — Lucita, Bernadette, Claude, Christopher, Trova, and Standly — who were always cheerful and ready to help. The reception and transportation team — Fernanda, Kelly, Alicia, Celina, and Adrian — were equally impressive, making every transition seamless. And of course, we appreciate all of the hardworking restaurant and housekeeping staff, who keep things running smoothly day in and day out.

There are probably a few names we missed — which just goes to show how many amazing people it takes to create the kind of experience that Turkoise offers.

Bottom line: if you’re looking for an active, welcoming, and fun vacation with a world-class team, Club Med Turkoise should be on your radar. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Club Med Turkoise! From the moment we arrived, the resort delivered everything we hoped for — beautiful beaches, great food, fun activities, and a vibrant, friendly atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.

One of the true highlights of our trip was the sailing program, and in particular, Sebastian from the sailing team. He went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Sebastian was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to not only teach us the basics of sailing but to make it a genuinely fun and empowering experience. His passion for sailing and friendly personality made us feel right at home on the water — we learned so much and had a blast doing it!

Thanks to Sebastian and the entire team at Club Med Turkoise, this trip was one for the books. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Club Med Turkoise! The location is absolutely stunning—Grace Bay Beach is as beautiful as it gets. The resort had a great energy, with plenty to do, delicious food, and comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax.

One of the best parts of my trip was the sailing program. I want to give a special shoutout to Seb from sailing—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. I was a bit unsure at first, but he made me feel comfortable right away and helped me grow so much as a first time sailor. His encouragement and expertise really made a difference and added so much to my overall experience.

I highly recommend Club Med Turkoise for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with great people and unforgettable moments!
