Everyone we encountered at Jade section was amazing. Especially both Daniel's, Jose Luis, Ademir, Elisio, everyone involved with the food, and the live music performers. Special shout-out to Juan and Jorge in the Dive Center and Guido on the Chichen Itza and Cenote excursion.

Our 3rd time was the best all due to staff, starting with housekeeping making changes as i forgot to ask for 2 beds. Thanks to Lena/Christian/Jose Luis. Bartenders and servers were great, we were never thirsty!

We had an amazing time at Club Med with our 2 kids! Initially, the rooms were a bit dated, but the staff, especially the GMS team, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was so friendly and worked hard to ensure our happiness. The entertainment, including the trapeze, was impressive and our kids had a blast! Huge thanks to the Club Med team for an awesome vacation and a special shoutout to Gregorio, our server at the breakfast buffet, who consistently delivered top-notch service with a big smile. You all rock!

We had amazing Vacations in Club Med Cancun. It was our 4th time there.
Andre the manager at Aguamarina was very welcoming and always checking if our family and our friends had good time.
The Pickleball team was also amazing, very fun and patient giving lessons to our families, preparing fun tournaments every day.
The team at the Scuba Diving was also very nice, always looking for solutions for our son to get his certification during our stay.
We highly recommend this resort!

An absolutely amazing experience. Marci, Ilda, and Sandra at the childcare center cared for my toddler like he was their own. The resort is packed with friendly staff and fun activities, and is filled with positive energy. What an amazing experience and a wonderful team! We will be back.
