Cancún Mexico

Every time we leave Club Med, we are eager to book our next stay at Club Med. We travel A LOT, but most of the time we return home exhausted. After Club Med, we are all rested, well-fed, and happy.

Our 4-year-old wants to move to Club Med Cancun. She loves the beach, the pool, the water park, and the kids club, but what really distinguishes Club Med for her is the acrobatics. She is obsessed with the trapeze and circus arts more broadly. We are especially grateful to Zam and Roman at the Mini Club, as well as Margo at the trapeze, who were all amazing.

I very much enjoyed the fitness classes with Nelson and Samantha. I tried different classes every day and, as a result, learned a lot about my workout preferences.

My husband relaxed and read, which is what he wanted.

Remarkably, all three of us LOVED the food. My daughter started out eating only pasta, but by the end of the week had diversified to lamb, pastrami, meringue, focaccia, chickpea curry, and a few other foods. My husband, who is a picky eater, never had trouble finding several dishes he loved. I enjoyed having fresh French pastries or tamales or fresh-squeezed juice for breakfast, ceviche every day for lunch (special shout out to Alicia, who always made the ceviche exactly as I liked it), and so many amazing dishes (paella, tagine, rack of lamb, fish tacos, bao) for dinner.

I often joke that I recommend Club Med to friends so often Club Med should be paying me commission, but I honestly can't think of another vacation that works so well for families with small kids. Can't wait for our next trip there!

My stay at Jade was unforgettable. The service is outstanding, starting with Daniel, the concierge, who is very attentive and professional and Jose Luis as well. They made my stay extremely pleasant.
I would also like to recognize Jesús, Marco, Eliseo and Jaime at the bar & pool area. They are all part of an incredible team and are exceptionally kind and friendly.

The Jade Exclusive space at Club Med Cancun was beyond worth the extra price for the experience and quality. They really spoiled us and the staff were genuinely phenomenal people that were honestly my favorite part of the trip (and I mean, we were in beautiful Cancun!). There were nightly exclusive events and appetizers, complimentary massages, daily crepes made to order, even a guacamole cooking class! The breeze, views, seating, location, and food was the best there in all the resort. Jesus, Ademir, Erasmo, Jaime, Eliseo, Marco, and Daniel were phenomenal bar staff that would bring drinks to us, talk with us, laugh with us, and make us feel at home and spoiled in the best way. Erasmo and Eliseo are very talented and creative in their bartending craft! The behind the scenes staff like Hugo, Leonardo, Patricia, and Edgar were so warm and kind and made sure everything was comfortable for us. The main concierge staff like Jose Luis, Erik, Daniel, and Jade were wonderful at making sure all logistics were taken care of and went above and beyond in making sure the resort was enjoyable and accessible (my spouse is in a wheelchair). They made a special point to talk with us, eat with us, get to know us, and enhance our experience whenever possible. You can find a pool and a sandy beach many places, but the energy and good vibes from amazing people are from only people here at Club Med!

We stayed in Jade at Club Med Cancun, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences of my life.

The staff made all the difference. The bar team—Eliseo, Marco, Jesus, Ademir, Daniel, and Jaime—were incredible and went above and beyond every day. Hugo was amazing, always making sure our fridge was stocked and providing outstanding room service. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well; our room was spotless, and the turndown service made us feel completely spoiled.

The Jade team was exceptional. Erik, Jose Luis, and Daniel were especially friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to chat and make sure we had everything we needed. We genuinely felt like royalty throughout our stay.

One of the best parts of Jade is that you hardly need to leave. The pool is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the exclusive food service was fantastic. Having appetizers and lunch available at Jade every day was such a luxury, and the quality was excellent.

The rest of the resort was a lot of fun, with plenty of activities and entertainment. While the food elsewhere in the resort was just okay, the Jade experience more than made up for it.

If you’re considering upgrading to Jade, do it. The personalized service, incredible staff, beautiful setting, and attention to detail made this a trip we’ll never forget.

Our family had so much fun at Club Med Cancun. We enjoyed all the activities we participated in, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, the slides pool, pickleball, fitness. Having never played pickleball before we ended joining a couple of friendly tournaments, Julio the pickleball GO was super organized. Soo much fun!
