Introducing the Easy Arrival service, designed to make your winter sports experience effortless. Leave the details to us and relax! Club Med has made your dreams come true by offering the Easy Arrival service in all European Mountain Resorts. Say goodbye to waiting in queues to collect your equipment, book ski or snowboard lessons, or enroll your children in the Baby Club Med®, Petit Club Med®, or Mini Club Med®. Simply register your preferences online, and our dedicated G.Os® will ensure that everything is prepared before your arrival. Your only task is to savor your vacation and have a great time.

Upon check-in, all guests will receive:

• A digital bracelet that will the key to your room and ski locker and the payment method for any additional expenses within the resort.
• The Ski Pass which is your access card for the ski lifts and gondolas, and it activates the morning after your arrival.

Go to the reception desk to pick up your room key and all practical details for your stay. If you booked ski or snowboard equipment, it is already waiting for you. Please do not forget to try it on and to sign the receipt as soon as you arrive!

And for trying on the children’s equipment, head to the Mini Club!

If you booked ski or snowboard lessons, you will find your ski school ticket in your Welcome Booklet. All you will need to do is visit the ESF (French Ski School) board in order to check the lessons’ timetable and you will be ready to hit the slopes!

Simply log in to your Customer Account and follow these easy steps:

• Fill in the form(s) with your details for ski or snowboard equipment.
• Book ski or snowboard lessons for each family member based on their skill level.
• Provide necessary childcare details such as language preferences and contact number.
• Open your Club Med account online.
• Enter your bank information to conveniently pay for additional expenses (spa, boutique) automatically on your departure day.

You'll receive an email notifying you of the service availability:
-For Turquoise Great Members: 30 days before departure.
-For Silver, Gold, and Platinum Great Members: 40 days before departure.
The service remains accessible up to three days prior to your arrival, ensuring our G.Os® can prepare your stay to perfection. Everything will be ready for you upon arrival!

Please meet the managers as soon as you arrive in order to learn about your children’s proposed activities and finalize their registration.

With Club Med's All-Inclusive package, your ski pass is guaranteed

Don't worry about buying your ski pass. It will be waiting for you at the resort check-in. The ski pass is the access pass to the ski lifts and gondolas that take you to different mountain elevations. With your Premium All-Inclusive stay at Club Med resorts, you don't need to worry about it. We've got it covered for you and your family.

Your ski equipment can also be ready upon your arrival. Just access your customer area here on our website and use the Facilitate Your Arrival feature. With your ski pass, head to the ski or snowboard group lessons, available for both beginners and experienced skiers. With our English-speaking instructors from the national ski school and mountain guides, you'll quickly master the slopes.
