We had a wonderful stay at Club Med Cancun and would absolutely go back again. The standout was the kids club — amazing and incredibly well organized. Our kids loved it so much that when we came to pick them up early on the first day, they were disappointed they couldn't stay longer! That tells you everything about how engaging and well-run the program is.

Beyond that, the views from our room were really beautiful and the food was very good across the board — the custom-made salad and juice bars were a particular highlight. The rooms felt a touch dated, but that's a minor note against an otherwise excellent experience. We're already looking to book our next trip!

Club Med Cancun is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I just came back from a two-week vacation there with my entire family—my daughter, son, in-laws, and grandchildren—and we all had a wonderful time.
At the beginning, we were disappointed by the construction and remodeling taking place at the main pool. I wish that when we made our reservation directly through Club Med, they had informed us about it. They did not, and that was not very professional.

However, after the initial disappointment, we decided to make the best of our vacation. We did encounter another issue: the online Mini Club registration prior to your trip is only available for children who will spend the entire day in the Mini Club, and there is no option to reserve half days. As a result, when we arrived, we had some concerns about securing spots for the Petit Club (3 years old) and Baby Club (23 months old). We panicked when we were told there was no space available for our children. Fortunately, there was space after all, and the kids were able to spend their mornings in the clubs and their afternoons with us.
I really hope you can improve the online enrollment process and offer the option to reserve half days in advance to avoid situations like this in the future.

A special mention goes to Roman and his entire Mini Club team for their outstanding work.

The leadership of the Chief of the Village, Theo, is currently Club Med Cancun’s most valuable asset. He is everywhere—talking with guests, addressing concerns, and solving all kinds of problems. My special thanks to him for his dedication and exceptional leadership.

The food is incredible, but the quality of service provided by all the staff is truly outstanding. Special thanks to Orlando, Lady, Alicia, and Maricela from Taco Arte. I would also like to recognize Francisco, the main host at the main restaurant, and the bartenders who made the best Ojos Rojos I have ever had.

A special thank you as well to the Guest Services and Reception teams, especially Carlos and Jazmin, who helped us change rooms during our stay. I also appreciated Azetzale’s kindness at reception and Felipe’s guest-service-oriented philosophy.
Despite a few challenges at the beginning, our family had a fantastic vacation, and we made wonderful memories together. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable.

GOs always make the biggest difference at Club Med.

SAILING TEAM:
My man Paulo. Brother, always a pleasure! What a great human being. He will do anything to make sure you have the best vacation of your life on the water. Sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding... you name it.

TRAPEZE TEAM:
Aki, Mai, Elo, Margot, Pía... What a team! You couldn't ask for a better group to teach you trapeze for the first time or help you improve tricks you've learned at other Club Med resorts. They all bring incredible energy and talent to their discipline, giving you confidence and a sense of safety while performing your favorite tricks. Words cannot describe the fun you'll have with these pros at the trapeze.

LAND SPORTS:
The best way to start your morning is at the Fitness Center, by the water and the alligators, with Samantha. I've been to many Club Med resorts, but her group training sessions are by far the most fun and beneficial for your health that I've experienced. So refreshing!

And what about Allen? A typical GO with the energy and welcoming spirit of a thousand people! For him, Club Med is more than just a job. Every interaction and activity comes from the heart, and guests truly feel it.

RECEPTION:
Despina, bring your questions to her. Trust me, she'll fix them in no time. Must be a Greek thing! The only downside: she should have a Greek flag on her nametag. 😉

SHUTTLE:
Saulo was my first interaction of the day, every morning. At 7:00 a.m., he was there, driving me from Aguamarina to Reception. Saulo, I don't know if you'll ever see this message, but I can't wait to have our morning conversations together again, brother. Simply the best in the world!

This was my first non cruise trip that I was fully impressed with. I wanted an all inclusive and an option for kid care. Done.
It took a couple of days for the kids to get used to kid care (2 and 3) but on the last day at the pool partyy, I'm being forced to hunt down a teacher because my daughter wanted to give her a hug good bye.
I was able to have 3 days of relaxation without kids which I needed.
Dinner was usually chaos from overtired kids but still delicious.
Never left the resort and yet don't feel like I missed anything.

I really enjoyed the teen club. I met people that were amazing and I am grateful that they were able to be part of my experience. I'm so sad to be leaving Sender, a G.O at this resort. He has done so well at entertaining us and making this trip fun. I'll give a 5/5 because Sender was so fun to be around and the resort always provided great food.
