Wonderful experience overall. While very few of the staff and guests speak English, there were terrific GOs who made our week a ton of fun! Gab and Juan (tennis), Victoria (hiking and land sports), Mari (fitness) were our favorites. They made all the activities a great experience, and it’s clear they work really hard. The food was excellent, and the resort is lovely and well laid out. Some of the rooms and bedding are tired, but not a big deal. We loved the massages at the spa. I wish there had been more teens and teen activities, but suspect our timing (mid-March) was bad. Thank you, Club Med!

We spent a week at this resort and we absolutely loved it. The staff were all excellent, all were really nice and helpful. The GO’s were amazing. Our kids went water skiing everyday, they were new to it and the ski team was super patient - thank you Felipe, Danielo and Gelado. The waterfall walk was super beautiful and Coutinho and Gelado made sure nobody was left behind and carried water for all of us. The tennis team was also great - thanks Juan Pablo and Gab! The food at the resort was spectacular. I would say better than other Club Meds we’ve been to, which says a lot. We ate at the Janganda restaurant and had no problems getting a reservation. It was very good and the service was excellent but we kept with the buffet the rest of the time. Most of the guests are Brazilian or Argentinian and not many people spoke English, although some spoke French. I would take some time learning Portuguese before going, which will improve your experience. Clemence welcome us and got us all set up and she was also great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the club was very well run. You never had to wait long for a drink and could always find a lounge chair by the pool or the beach. We highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great stay in this Club Med village. Special thanks to Andrea, dynamic and friendly village chief, present from early morning to the night show and after, who made us feel welcome and at home (he is also impressive in leading such a large team, taking his part in shows or swimming pool games). Muito obrigado also to friendly Felipe and Popeye for the great waterski moments. And thanks also to Clem at the reception who facilitated with kindness and efficiency our arrival and departure.

Excellent club med. Food was superb and the sports were all well organized. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Special coodos to Manuella and Clemence at the guest centre. The water skiing team were all excellent and very encouraging. Juan tought tennis well. Victoria lead us to a beautiful swiming hole at a mountain waterfall. And finess and yoga classes with Mariana closed the days activities. The shows were good especially the samba show on our last night.
