Marrakech La Palmeraie Morocco

We had a wonderful family vacation at Club Med. The facilities are excellent—we especially enjoyed the farm, the Oasis pool (special thanks to Mara at the bar!), and the kids club. The Petit Club team did an amazing job keeping the little ones happy and engaged. A special mention goes to Marion, Gigi, Yassine, and Aminata for their energy and care.

Thank you to the Front Office Manager and Mehdi, for their helpfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend this Club Med for its variety of activities, lively animation team, and great food.

Room for Improvement:
Unfortunately, many drinks were out of stock throughout our entire stay, which significantly limited the drink menu—no alternative cocktails or mocktails were offered. On some days, the ice machine was broken, leaving no ice available. Lastly, the main pool bar team could benefit from learning from the Oasis bar team, in terms of cocktail making and friendliness.

Club Med Marrakech has been my family's go-to summer destination since I was a child, and it continues to make us feel at home. The GO team every year is absolutely fantastic, always there to lend a helping hand or a friendly ear.

As a young adult, making friends my own age is always a challenge, but the GOs (particular 'thank you' to Dija (shop), Margo (Circus team), and Victoria (shop)) were always there for me, whether that be to dance together or to give me advice.

I went to a few fitness activities, but with some physical issues some of the classes had to be adapted to fit my needs. I'm thinking particularly of the Yoga and Réveil Musculaire classes in the morning, where Flore and Marie were both there to push me to my limits with kind words of encouragement.

Another big 'thank you' to Rachid and the restaurant team for being so kind and accommodating to my food intolerance. Unfortunately, as the menu changes so often, it is really difficult to know what meals in the buffet are lactose-free, and when asked, the waiters were never sure. However, when I raised the issue to the team, Rachid was there most meal times to do a tour of the options and let me know what I could and could not eat - a service I never dreamed of getting.

There is so much I could say about the team, but I want to say another 'thank you' to the GE team, who are always there to make sure everything goes smoothly behind the scenes. And to the security team for making me genuinely feel safe enough to keep dancing and go back to my room at 4 am without a second thought - a luxury we aren't often afforded in every day life.

Holidays at Club Med are always unforgettable, from the people to the ambiance, everything is precisely calculated to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be.

I could honestly write a whole book about how much I love coming here. This was our third visit, and I actually cried when it was time to leave. Every stay feels so special, and that's thanks to the wonderful people who make it such a welcoming place.

I’d love to thank everyone personally, though I worry I’ll forget some names. A special mention to Aziza (our lovely cleaner), the kind gentleman who looked after our luggage, Yassine from the mini-club, Maria, Oualid (Tennis), Youness (Golf), Fleur (Yoga), Mimi, Julia, the boutique team, and of course all the bar and restaurant staff, the security staff (the lovely smiley man) and the doctor!! Truly, every single member of the team has been nothing short of amazing.

If I had to suggest anything, it would only be small things: perhaps updating the gym slightly and making the photo sorting (face recognition) a little easier. But these are very minor details compared to the overall experience.

I had never stayed in a ClubMed resort prior to this visit and wasn’t sure quite what to expect given the limited pre-trip comms. However, I was really pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and daily events, such as dress code themes, special parties and shows, live music and much more. A truly enjoyable family experience.

Could not recommend the kids club more highly! A huge array of amazing activities running every day such as trapeze, archery, tennis and football, to name but a few. Each day ended with something special like a pool party, bouncy castle and fairground, entertainment show, etc, swiftly followed by some superb evening entertainment. The happiest the kids have ever been in this type of setting. Heartfelt thanks to all the amazing, kind, fun GOs, with special mention to the utterly brilliant Oaziz who cared for our 9yo with such humour and kindness, and to Jiji, MoMo and Yassine who cared for our 3yo. The best people!
