Warm hospitality as a solo traveller
5/5 • 9/20/2025I came as a solo traveller and was very impressed with the service from the moment I arrived. Erika, who assisted with my check-in, was warm and friendly, and on my last day I got to know her a little more during dinner. It was clear how passionate she is about her job, and that genuine enthusiasm really makes guests feel welcome and happy.
At the restaurant, Enes and his team have been consistently attentive and kind, making every dining experience feel comfortable and memorable.
I did encounter an unpleasant experience with the snorkelling team, but one of the staff has since approached me personally to apologise, which I truly appreciated.
In terms of the room, while the overall cleanliness was very good and housekeeping was efficient, the toilet did have an unpleasant smell during my stay. I believe maintenance had attended to it, but unfortunately the issue persisted. Aside from that, the room itself was comfortable, and I enjoyed good weather throughout my trip.
Overall, the hospitality and care shown by the team here have made my stay special, and I’m grateful for the kindness I’ve received as a solo traveller.

5/5 • 9/19/2025Every things here are so good and we having fun all the time with staff here and our G.O . Especially Shiyaah . He is so nice and friendly. Making our day more perfectly. Delicious foods , amazing events and activities. Is a Perfect place to celebrate my birthday 🥳 and my daughter are very happy and enjoy it all the time, we will come again .

Great family holiday destination
4/5 • 9/16/2025We had a good time at Club Med Kani. Ragab and his team were amazing throughout our stay. Friendly atmosphere and accommodating for our large family of 14! Many activities to keep everyone busy but also quiet spaces for chilling out! Great food and wide choices for all the meals. For those who dive, the in house dive center are really good and professional!
