Awesome experience for my first time. Very welcoming and detailed information provided by the reception team upon arrival. I would strongly recommend family with kids to come. Seamless check in.

The vacation had been an amazing one filled with lovely memories of non stop entertainment, great food and most importantly, friendly staff of Club Med Bintan ~ Boim, who received my family was always helpful. Ahmed, the smiley chef made dining a wonderful experience! Richie and Sandy the sporty GOs guided wall climbing / aerial yoga so well for first timers! Keven and A hosted mass dance parties with immense enthusiasm! Beatriz and AL performed stunning acrobatic stunts and shared their inspiring stories! Rere, the teacher by day and singer by night, was the life of a party and thanks to the incredible “volleyball team mates” I met on the first day I arrived at Club Med Bintan who made me felt so welcome! I can’t wait to go back for another vacation!

Just got back from a 4-day trip to Club Med Bintan with my two kids and it honestly exceeded all expectations. The staff were amazing. Friendly, full of energy, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. In just a few days we got to know so many of them, and that kind of connection doesn’t happen often. You can’t fake this kind of hospitality.

Our days were filled with activities, and everything was run with enthusiasm and care. Aki’s circus team was a major highlight. Big thanks to Beatriz and Hendry for coaching us on the trapeze. They were so patient and encouraging. I never thought I’d be doing a flying catch but they made it happen.

Sandy’s aerial yoga class and Bian’s tennis lessons were also fantastic. Really high-quality instruction in a super relaxed setting. The watersports crew, led by Leo, were equally great. Very welcoming and easy to approach.

The food was excellent throughout, and I have to give a special shoutout to Chef Ranjeev, the Indian food chef. Every meal had something new and his dishes were consistently outstanding. You can tell he puts real effort into getting every flavour just right. I made a point to try whatever he cooked at each meal and was never disappointed.

The pool party was also a standout. Beautiful setup, great atmosphere, and the circus team added so much energy to the event. It was fun for both the kids and adults.

Also really appreciated Richie for making us feel so at home. We didn’t get a chance to join his classes but it was great just chatting with him. Lucky at the bar also made some excellent drinks and added to the good vibes.

Last but not least, the Mini Club team made a big impression. My daughter absolutely loved it and kept wanting to go back. Huge thanks to Zan, Garfield, Rere and Hayley for being so kind and engaging.

There are honestly too many people to name. This was our second trip in 2 years. Visit with an open mind, try new activities, relax and join the party. Overall 10/10 experience.

Club Med Bintan truly exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of F&B—definitely a step up from Club Med Bali! The food was impressive overall, though the desserts (especially the chocolate gelato) were just okay.

This trip was extra fulfilling as I got to try out so many new activities: Float Fit, Aerial Yoga, Tennis, Golf, Flying Trapeze, and Beach Volleyball—all in one stay! As always, Club Med delivered top-notch evening shows and exceptional hospitality.

Special shoutout to the amazing G.Os: Rere, Matthew, Bian (Tennis Coach), and Sandy (Aerial Yoga Instructor) for making the experience even more memorable.

If I had one suggestion—it would be to improve the shower facilities at the common area. There’s currently only one, and not even a hook for towels or clothes. A proper shower area at the sports centre would really complete the experience. Also, many facade walls also have water stains and mold.

All in all, it was another unforgettable Club Med adventure—filled with fun, laughter, and fantastic memories. Can’t wait for the next one!

Hi, my wife and I just spent 3 nights at Club Med Bintan, our first trip to Club Med without our kids, who have joined us each year for the last 20 years. The highlights of our stay were: a couples treatment at the Spa which overlooks the ocean, the food is cooked with plenty of love and there's plenty of it, and a call out to the 2 nicest barmen in Club Med - Soe and Joni, provided great service and it was lovely chatting with them each day.
