Amazing Staff & Food saved the trip

Club Med is blessed to have such a passionate and dedicated team (Sam who had organized an event that was rained out , went above and beyond to make the effort to do something with my teens who were the only ones who showed up. Our hiking instructor Synder was also a rockstar!! ) The staff also did incredible shows. The facility was also clean
Rooms though are super small (I will measure next time) and activities were hard to come by. Website was not clear!! And NOT user friendly with navigating what was available. It did however advertise kayaking but there wasn’t any and then mountain biking as always.. not the case either and the mini golf course advertised was dismal!!!! Half the turf missing. There really wasn’t many options

Club Med Eastern Quebec All-inclusive
5/5 • 6/6/2025My wife and I spent 5 glorious days at the only all-inclusive resort in Canada. This hotel is only five years old, so everything is presented beautifully. We were booked into one of their signature suites and were totally pampered. Our room had a 180 deg, view of the St. Lawrence River and the south shore of the eastern Quebec.
The Club Med experience did not disappoint, the food offerings, activities, and the nightly entertainment, were provided with quality and service in mind.
The resorts location is another reason to enjoy being there. If it is nature you are wanting or to be surrounded by culture and history it is around every corner.
This is a must stay and we will try to visit again.

5/5 • 6/2/2025Had a blast with my family this weekend! The resort was absolutely perfect. Everyone eat well and had fun! Worth every penny. The kids were thrilled and begged to return to the kids club. Special thanks to Thomas, Opale, Mikael, Bastien Salif, Arthur, and Isis (Best massage ever)

Charlevoix is a cultural and natural region located in Quebec, on the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River as well as in the Laurentian Mountains area of the Canadian Shield. This dramatic landscape includes rolling terrain, fjords, headlands and bays; the region was designated a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1989.
The region was named after Pierre François-Xavier de Charlevoix, a French Jesuit explorer and historian who travelled through the area in the 18th century.
