My first thought when returning to the island for the second time now, was will the GOs still have that charisma, energy and passion for what they do. Not only did they surpass my expectations but they made this trip absolutely incredible. Particularly Jean Baptiste who is more commonly known as JB who was able to invite me and my friends to every single Teen Club event and made it the most enjoyable part of the trip. At the beginning we were skeptical on joining but GO JB welcomed as with open arms and made us feel included and like we belonged. I will never forget how much happiness he brought with his jokes and sense of humour. I am so looking forward to returning for the third time and am hoping that he still works there.

The GOs we interacted with during activities and the restaurant staff were amazing. A big mention to the Kani trapeze staff Tania, Appy, Ping, Liya, Monika who were brilliant. Henry and Claire were so thrilled that Tania and Appy even came to farewell us on our departure which they’ll never forget. We all love the certificates they received.
The daily snorkel trips were a highlight too.
Also a big thanks to JB for being an amazing head of Teens Club.
Thanks also for the morning coffees usually served by Sumon and Enes and nightly bottles of wine. Amazing service!!
Ragab and Yousri were the perfect hosts and entertainers. Club Med certainly know how to select the right people for the right jobs. We loved the music and entertainment every night.
My son Henry did his Advanced Diving Course and the staff made him feel at ease throughout the holiday. Thanks Vanessa, Thomas, Bambi, Diego and everyone at Eurodivers. Can’t wait to come back for a third time. Thanks so much. The Barber Family.

The restaurant manager Enes was super helpful and fantastic. His service was immaculate from. the start, he recommended us to the secret garden for dinner and it was absolutely amazing!!! Thankyou so much for such a wonderful 6 nights from our family!!!

The resort and inclusions was great. All the staff from the GM to housekeeping were welcoming, inclusive and made you feel special.
