Just wrapped up a great trip. Highly recommend if you have young kids! There were tons of activities to keep them busy, which made it feel like an actual vacation. I loved all the workout classes for myself, and everyone in our group was seriously impressed with the food, both in taste and quality. Huge shoutout to all the staff for being so professional, accommodating, and hardworking. And special thanks to Zach the bartender for making my favorite cocktails all week — you’re the best!

Our family has made two trips to the Club Med Charlevoix now. It's a 9 hour journey, but completely worth it. The children always have something fun and active to do, and we enjoyed the mountain biking excursion together! The food is amazing and there is such a wonderful variety which is important to me as someone who does not eat red meat. The atmosphere is amazing, and we just feel happy when we are there. We go for hikes, work out, and enjoy our time so much - it is the highlight of the year for our family. Everyone at the resort is wonderful and we're looking forward to our next stay.

I was looking for a no stress, no planning restaurants, activities, taxis etc. I got exactly what I wanted at club med Charlevoix, food, entertainment, views, all you can eat and drink, SUPER clean, tons of activities. Some may consider the price hefty but think that, if you want, you don't need to spend another dime while you are there. Food variety for all, even my vegan brother and wife would have enjoyed the selection. They have activities for kids, other types of activities for teens. Wood type oven pizzas, pasta, fish station, veggie station, breads, cheeses, two dessert stations, meat and potato type, they have that too. Some of the best food I ever had.

After our 4-hour drive, the check-in process at the front desk felt a bit rushed and overwhelming, which made it hard to settle in right away. Fortunately, I connected with another team member who really took her time and picked up on the mood. Her calm and thoughtful approach made all the difference.

We were celebrating my son’s 17th birthday, and the G.O.s went above and beyond by bringing him on stage for a dance—such a special touch that made the weekend unforgettable.

The evening entertainment was uplifting and gave us a chance to truly unwind and forget about life’s daily stresses. Everything came together beautifully. The children 14 & 17 appreciated the activities and excursions. We ate at the Le Chalet and ordered the Porterhouse steak and it was done perfectly! Thank you again.

Fifth time staying with Club Med. First time at this location. We throughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate our third anniversary. The check in process was fast and our room was lovely and spotless. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. The food was delicious. Always so many items to choose from. The bar menu was full of many delicious new drinks to try. Lots of activities to choice from or you can just relax. During your stay the gondala is included and there is a short hike with amazing views at the top called Le Buton. The evening shows were fun and the DJ’s were excellent and entertaining. The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic. We went on a hike and our guide Stephanie was passionate about the forest and shared lots of interesting information. We plan on returning with our kids next year.
