Punta Cana Dominican Republic

Everything was great. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the shows and so many activities for kids. This was our second trip here, and we will certainly be coming back!

We had a great family trip to Club Med Punta Cana celebrating a milestone birthday! This was our first time at a Club Med resort and stayed at the Triana exclusive section, so this review is focused on that experience. The service was extremely attentive, warm and professional from the whole staff, although there were a few standouts. Big thanks to Cristel and Marshall at concierge who welcomed us and provided assistance (and a surprise birthday treat) during our stay. Hector from the Triana kitchen made something fresh and delicious every day during lunch and happy hour (barbecue, fajitas, fresh salads, and more). Tito and Yeison at the bar were very friendly and made delicious alcoholic drinks but Yeison also ingratiated himself to my kids by repeatedly providing them with extra maraschino cherries and pineapple slices in their fancy mango juices. Youyou (entertainment manager?) and Ecida at the spa (great massage) rounded out the experience.

The beach bungalow set up with its “kids side” and sea view adult side of the suite was perfect for nights when we wanted to enjoy the patio but the kids were already in bed. We never used the kids club but heard positive reviews from parents who had and may try it next time. The big initial allure for us was a low stress family vacation where we had everything at our fingertips and Club Med Punta Cana didn’t disappoint. Food/drink, entertainment, beach/pool options abounded and the staff delivered on a memorable experience. They bet us we will be back and they’re probably right!

Where to start?! This is our second event with Club Med Punta Cana and it did not disappoint! There were so many great G.O.s this year (Samarun, Ricardo, Davidson, Youyou, and many more!) They brought the party to life and our group took over the dance floor. The new main bar was great and the beach parties were a hit! We also loved the new waterslides! We also love this resort as it offers the Bisutti space! Gaetan and Yves Junior at the Zen made sure to take care of all our needs. There were only 2 areas that need a little more love are the food (Hispaniola didn't seem to be as good as 2024) and the DJs need to update their playlists for todays crowd or at least cater to the big groups when they're present.

Club med Punta Cana was again an excellent vacation!
This time we stayed at the exclusive “Tiara”, and it was totally amazing, the view, the location, the rooms, the private pool, the private bar, ….. and the staff, Christelle, the responsable for the Tiara, Margaux at the Bar, and all the rest of the team!
A special mention to the hispagniola restaurant team, Antonio, chef de cuisine and Germain, who everyday prepared special gluten free meals for our grand kids.
Club med offer a unique experience for vacationing, especially with different group age: there are plenty of activities for everyone , and a lot for everybody to get together.
A lot of different sport, art, wellness with a GO staff always on the top of it. The evening you always have different entertainments.
Of course the plus is that compared to to most of the other high end resort, the food is not limited to barbecue sausage and cheese burger… not smelling cheese burger around the pools at 4 pm is really nice!!!

We stayed in the zen Oasis 18+ area and I will say it was the best trip we have ever been on. We went for our honeymoon and we are already planning another trip everyone was beyond helpful and friendly the manager of zen Lauranne knew us by name the whole time we were there. As well as the assistant GM met him our first few days and was very friendly and remembered us the whole trip I will recommend anyone to come here and stay for a nice relaxing vacation I can’t think all the staff enough for making our honeymoon the best it could be
