We offer two specially designed rooms on the ground floor near the main pool, featuring adaptable beds, height-adjusted fixtures, and portable ramps on request. Our bathrooms include rails, roll-in showers, and accessible fixtures. All restaurants (The Hacienda, Taco Arte, The Estancia) and bars (Soluna, Las Velas, Taco Arte) are wheelchair accessible. We have four wheelchairs available on-site, though not for the beach. General accessibility features include lifts (with braille in Hacienda), wider doorways, and easy access to the main beach, swimming pools, meeting rooms, reception, and wellness facilities. We also provide disabled parking, visual alarms for the deaf and hard of hearing, and accessible public restrooms. Numerous ramps are strategically placed throughout the resort, including at restaurants, bars, and key activity areas like the main beach and Sailing space.
