An absolutely amazing experience. Marci, Ilda, and Sandra at the childcare center cared for my toddler like he was their own. The resort is packed with friendly staff and fun activities, and is filled with positive energy. What an amazing experience and a wonderful team! We will be back.

The ocean is beautiful!!!! Drinks are well crafted. Room checkin delay was a disappointing with no real reward for missing out. Booked an other day we loved it so much but no real reward for that either. But the food was good and drinks were plenty. Slept like a baby!

This was our second trip to Club Med Cancun, and this visit was every bit as good as the first. We stayed at Jade (the exclusive collection) and felt it was well worth the upgrade with absolutely impeccable service and excellent food and entertainment. The entire Club Med experience is a blast from the nightly "dress code" to the organized activities and the great entertainment. The food as always was outstanding and the drinks tasty and plentiful. The entire Club Med staff seem genuinely intent on ensuring you are having a good time and your needs are being met. The feeling of inclusion and engagement are contagious and there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend Club Med for an awesome and relaxing vacation.

We just returned from an incredible week at the Club Med in Cancun, and it exceeded my family’s expectations! The resort has an amazing beachfront location with soft white sand and clear turquoise waters. It was a great place to vacation as a family this summer and enjoyed the numerous water activities available, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and sailing.

One of the top items of the resort was kids programming and family friendly facilities. Our children had a great time at Kids Camp as they enjoyed everything from arts and crafts to sports. They even participated in a theater show at the end of our week. The facilities (Aguamarina) matched the needs of our family with a master bedroom and secondary kids bedroom. Nearby, we played at a splash park and playground that kept the kids entertained for hours. It was great to have the option of Kids Camp or family friendly resort activities close to each other, giving us the perfect balance of “kid time” and “adult time”.

The food was really top notch and we enjoyed the three main restraunts onsite. We especially enjoyed the chocolate fountain as dessert for one of the nights. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The resort had programming throughout the day. The evenings were filled with vibrant entertainment, from live shows to themed parties. Whether you're looking to unwind by the beach or engage in exciting activities, Club Med offers the perfect balance. We highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone seeking a memorable getaway!

Club Med Cancun was an oustanding place to visit with great food, friendly staff and a beautiful and welcoming environment for all ages. We always felt we were in good hands, including our child and absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning again every year that we can.

I want to call out that the staff here truly goes above and beyond, particularly in the Jade exclusive space. Our bellman Eloy was amazing and was a pleasure to meet and chat with! Daniel and Leonel in the Jade reception were always friendly and helpful. Daniel in particular was a pleasure to get to know as he joined us for apertif's one evening.

At the Jade pool we had consistent amazing service from Ademir, Daniel and especially our bartender Eliseo. This group is absolutely fantastic and were constantly looking after us.

Lastly, our favorite restaurant by far and away was Taco Arte and Audrey there was always ensuring we were taken care of.

Overall I can't recommend Club Med Cancun enough for an enjoyable and relaxing stay for any family.
