The Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon Chalet-Apartments France

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Club Med Samoëns Morillon Grand Massif! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.

The skiing was simply amazing. The access to the Grand Massif area is fantastic, offering breathtaking views and a great mix of runs for all levels. The snow conditions were excellent, and we loved being able to ski straight into such a beautiful, well-connected domain.

The food was outstanding — truly one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal offered a huge variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, and there was always something new and exciting to try. The attention to detail and presentation made dining a real pleasure every single day.

A special mention goes to the fitness classes with Hugo — absolutely brilliant! His energy, professionalism, and motivation made every session both challenging and fun. We genuinely looked forward to each class.

The entertainment was equally fantastic. Emma brought such great vibes and enthusiasm to every event — she really knows how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The evenings were lively, engaging, and perfectly organized.

And of course, a big thank you to Maxime at the pro shop .Every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Their dedication and friendliness truly made our stay unforgettable.

Great management team... Had to deal with a ski injury ... Waiter spyridon was awesome

We’ve just returned from a week at Club Med Grand Massif and had a truly lovely stay. The hotel is clean and welcoming, and this was our second visit. The holiday fully met our expectations, with fantastic ski instruction from the ESF team. Pascale, our ski instructor, was an excellent instructor and guide, and I especially loved the planned routes she organized for us each day and the detailed advice and instruction.

The service in the restaurant was also very good — Chiara and Giorgia were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

What really stood out for us this time, though, was the Mini Club team. They did an amazing job, not only entertaining the children and taking them to ski lessons, but also by putting on the sweetest end-of-week show — well done, Eva! Abdoul and Gaia were incredible with my little one and made me feel completely at ease leaving him, knowing he was in such good hands and genuinely cared for.

But please, bring good food, bananas, warm fish and at least médium cooked meat.

All is very nice But I must mention something that one can find extremely rear: an exceptional friendly and human touch which goes beyond the ordinary hospitality. Our luggage was delayed by airline for half of our stay, and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs. Furthermore, I would like to thank to Eden (reception) for her kind gesture. Also, highlight the high level of service and friendly atmosphere given by Spyridon in the restaurant.
