An amazing family experience!

5/55/5 • 7/28/2025

Our stay was excellent — we are a family of four with children aged 8 and 11, and from the moment we arrived at the Club, we were warmly welcomed. The kindness and positive energy of the entire team immediately made us feel at ease.

What stood out most to us was the team as a whole — from the reception staff (a special shoutout to Elisabeth for her charisma and kindness), to the housekeeping team, the animation staff who were dynamic, fun, and genuinely lovely, and the restaurant and bar crew — Natalia, Clara, Rosario, Nicolas, and the entire kitchen team led by an outstanding Chef who offered delicious and varied meals every day. The decor and attention to detail were also spot on.

The excursion guides were fantastic too — Anna, Jean-Pierre, Lucie, Charles, and others — incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. We enjoyed amazing hikes both as a couple and as a family. The mountain setting is simply breathtaking — thank you!

A special thanks to Laure from the art workshop — thank you for a lovely, creative afternoon with my son! And hats off to Hugo the Village chief, for his warmth, enthusiasm, and great energy throughout our stay. I understand why the team is really nice! Thank you.

As for the Club itself, the facilities were great: the room was good (though a bit far from the center 😉), the pool area was nice, and the terrace offered an incredible view. The overall atmosphere was positive and relaxed, and the evening entertainment was diverse and enjoyable, with something for everyone.

Our children didn’t participate much in the kids’ club — they were more into ping pong 😉 — but there were plenty of activities available to keep them busy.

In short, it was an ideal vacation for us — a perfect mix of fun and sport, and full of wonderful memories. Thank you again for everything!

Great stay !

the club is a bit old, but it means as well that it is small, and you are close to everything you need (restaurant, terrace, reception, kids club), The kids club was amazing and they accommodated various requests, and the girls really liked the activities suggested ( and they were really tired by the end of the day ). The club even offered a private excursion for us as we were a big group, and it was one the best we have done. Except for the arrival day, Club med food was great as usual as well.

Excellent ESF instruction. Excellent hotel, food and staff. Wi-if was useless in the room and poor in reception area. Swimming pool was and gym were good. I would love to stay there again.
