Chef Julio

Born and raised in Mexico, Chef Julio studied gastronomy at Mexico City’s prestigious Colegio Superior de Gastronomía. With more than 20 years of experience, Chef Julio has worked at a wide range of embassies and hotels across Europe, cooking alongside some of the world’s best international chefs (even a Michelin Star Chef!). He enjoys contemporary-style cooking and Mexican-focused cuisine with an emphasis on plating and creativity.
