No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their affiliates and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1st, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form and providing all required information, including name, agency name, email address, and any other requested details.
Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Incomplete, duplicate, or late entries will be void.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — Mail In:
If you do not wish to enter at the event, you may enter for free by mailing a legible, hand printed 3" x 5" card in a #10 envelope containing your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, and e mail address, along with the Sweepstakes name “Travel Advisor Appreciation Month 2026 Sweepstakes” to:

Mail in entries must be postmarked by May 29, 2026 and received by May 31, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, automated, scripted, bulk shipped, postage due, incomplete, illegible, or non compliant will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage due mail.
Mail in entries are treated the same as event entries—same odds of winning, entered into the same drawing, and subject to the same limitations, deadlines, and verification. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Sponsor will not require payment or any other consideration to receive or claim a prize.

A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded; each winner will receive a 3-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) at one of the following resorts:
Punta Cana
Michès Playa Esmeralda
Cancun
Turks & Caicos
Québec Charlevoix
Each stay includes:
Accommodation in a standard room
All-inclusive meals, snacks, drinks, and select activities
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4900 USD
Not included: taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, optional activities (e.g., spa), and any items not expressly stated.
All travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and Sponsor terms. Travel must be completed by May 31, 2027.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted shortly after the Promotion Period ends.
Winners will be notified by email. If a selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Winner are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. The Prize Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 14 days of written notification by mail. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law. The prize may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize component with another prize component of equal or greater value.
By entering, you agree to be contacted by Club Med by email and to receive newsletters. You understand that you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in all emails. Emails will be sent in accordance with applicable laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You also accept these Terms & Conditions.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that 1.) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 2.) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and 3.) Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed.
