No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their affiliates and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

The Sweepstakes begins January 24, 2026 and ends January 25, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Participants of the NEW YORK TRAVEL AND ADVENTURE TRADESHOW 2026 are eligible to receive one (1) entry per person. Each participant will be required to provide name, phone number, address (including city, state, zip code), and e-mail address. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. All required information must be provided. Incomplete or late entries are void.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about __________ and notified by email within three (3) calendar days. Failure to respond may result in disqualification.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 14 days of written notification by mail. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law. The prize may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize component with another prize component of equal or greater value.
By entering, you agree to be contacted by Club Med by email and to receive newsletters. You understand that you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in all emails. Emails will be sent in accordance with applicable laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You also accept these Terms & Conditions.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that 1.) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 2.) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and 3.) Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed.

If total prize value exceeds $5,000, Sponsor will register and bond the Sweepstakes in compliance with New York General Business Law §369-e and file a Certification of Winners.
