Quebec Charlevoix

Absolutely FANTASTIC stay at club med Charlevoix in the last week of June thanks to the amazing staff of the baby and mini club (Marine, Ana, Kassandra, Béatrice, Roman and Gaelle) as well as the staff of the kids club (Arthur, Zac, Opale, Bastien, Mikael and Salif) who took such great care of our 3 young boys that they have been asking multiple times a day to go back to kids club ever since we left. As always, the food is phenomenal! Thank you Club Med Charlevoix for yet again a flawless and memorable vacation. We will be back soon!

Terrific experience and perfect for families. Zachare in the Chalet makes amazing cocktails and was a wonderful host.

We just returned from our first experience with a Club Med property, spending 5 days at Club Med Quebec - Charlevoix. We did not know what to expect from our first Club Med vacation. We can say, without hesitation,this was one of our favorite family vacations to date!

Service - Exceptional! Every staff member was friendly, cordial, attentive. The cleanliness of the property was top notch. Our only glitch was that the housekeeping in our room was somewhat inconsistent. Although the staff was there to clean very promptly each morning, sometimes our garbages were emptied, sometimes not. Sometimes towels were replaced, sometimes not, And our mini-bar (non-alcoholic) was never restocked during our time. However, it did not impact our overall experience.

Room - We stayed in a Deluxe Family River View suite. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our 4 and 6yo sons LOVED having their separate room, beds, and bathroom, and we enjoyed having our own private room with a large bathroom and incredible view of the St. Lawrence River.

Children's Programming - One of the huge draws of going to Club Med was their focus on kids and families. The Mini-Med staff was very friendly and welcoming, and as parents we felt immediately comfortable leaving our children in their care. Zac especially tried to go above and beyond to make our boys feel comfortable and welcome, even with the language barrier between our boys and their french-speaking peers.

Activities - Mountain biking, hiking, gondola rides, exercise classes, etc. If you are an active person, this location is fantastic! Additionally, the nightly entertainment put on by the staff was great. We left smiling and chuckling each night.

Food and drink - The food was the highest quality we've ever had at an all-inclusive. The combo of multiple international options as well as regional cuisine was perfect. We are still dreaming of the desserts and pastries! The bar options were also fantastic. Specialty drinks and old standards (as well as slushes for the kids) were readily available, and the bar staff was always there to meet your needs. A special shoutout to Jeremie not only as a great bartender, but very talented playing guitar and singing.

We had an incredible vacation, and will be back!

We go for the mountain bike and the sports activities. This is our 4th time and found the mountain bike team under the leadership of Pierre to be excellent, professional and Pierre took the time to give us very good technical lessons which help improve my mountain bike skills which where already at a high level. Thank you Pierre

Perfect place for young families. I was there solo with my 3 and 5 yo and it was perfect. Aletze and Manuel from reception made me feel at home right away. The employees from the kids club and mini club were also amazing!! Thank you
