1 - How to refer a friend?

Save More with Referrals

• Log in to your Club Med account and go to the “My Referral Rewards” to send a referral invitation to your friends.
Your friends will receive an email with an advantage code to use on their first stay—on our website, through our contact center, or at a travel agency. You can only refer friends who reside in the same country as you.

•To receive your $200 referral credit, your friend must book their first stay. The $200 credit will become available 60 days before your friend’s departure and will be sent to you by email and shown in your customer account.
The credit is valid year‑round for all destinations and can be combined with our current offers*. You can use it online, via our contact center, or through your preferred travel agency.

• You’ll also receive 2,500 Great Member points, credited to your customer account once your friend returns from their vacation.
The more you refer, the more points you earn—helping you reach higher Great Member status and unlock even more exclusive benefits for your next holiday.

2 - How to Benefit from a Referral?

Enjoying your $100 referral credit is easy!

• Book your stay using the referral code you received by email from your referrer. You can book online, through our contact center or via your preferred travel agency.
Be sure to use the same email address, first name, and last name included in the referral to ensure your credit is applied correctly.

Standard Terms & Conditions of the 2023 Club Med Referral Program

For the purposes of the present conditions, “Referee” is defined as any household whose members live at the same address and none of whom have stayed at Club Med in the last 6 years.

“Referrer” is defined as any household whose members live at the same address, and at least one member has stayed at Club Med® in the last 6 years.

When the Referee makes his or her first reservation, a "Referral" voucher may be granted by the "Referrer", who will benefit in exchange from the advantages defined below.

The "Referral" discount is only valid if the Referrer and the Referee follow the "Referral" technical procedure detailed on the Club Med® website.

The “Referral” discount of $100 can only be used by the “Referee” for his/her first booking within 14 days of confirmation.

The discount is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the referral request made by the Referrer.

To be eligible, both the Referrer and the Referee must be residents of the same country and their country must be eligible for the referral program.

The referral request must be made by the Referrer, online, on his/her Club Med customer account. To be eligible, the Referee must be a “new customer" for Club Med® (namely without a Club Med® membership number or having a membership number but not having stayed with Club Med® for 6 years). If one of the members of the household has already stayed during the previous 6 years, the demand is automatically refused by Club Med®. The Referee must then make his reservation in his name and with the email address, the first and last name communicated by his Referrer during the Referral request and by using the code provided by his Referrer.

In case of finalization of the reservation by the Referrer including the signature of the sales form and payment of the deposit, the Referrer will be eligible for a "Referral" discount.

The “Referrer’s” $200 discount will be available 60 days prior to the Referee’s departure and will be valid for a period of 12 months from that date. The Referrer will be informed of this by email. The email will only be sent if the Referrer has agreed to receive emails from Club Med with a valid email address. The Referrer must make the reservation in his name with the customer account and/or the GM number with which he made the referral request. If the Referee cancels his/her stay, the Referrer will not be able to benefit from the discount.

Valid on the inclusive VAT amount of a booking for a 7-nights minimum stay. Not valid on excursion tour. Cannot be combined with other online advantage codes. Several referral discounts can be applied on the same reservation (in agency or with the contact center only) but only one discount can be applied per customer number. Discounts can be combined with others Club Med® offers unless stipulated to the contrary in the special conditions of the offer concerned and providing total discounts do not exceed 50% of the total price of the booking. Offer valid through the Club Med® agencies, approved Club Med® agencies, Club Med® Contact Center or www.clubmed.us. Offer subject to availability and to Club Med sales conditions in force on the booking date available on the Club Med website. Non-retroactive offer. The offer cannot be applied to stays that have already been completed or fully paid. Club Med® reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The Referee and the Referrer must not live in the same house or be married. Club Med maintains the right to refuse this program to anyone at its discretion if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, suspicious or in violation of the terms and conditions of the offer.

The Referrer declares having the prior consent of the Referee to communicate his first and last name and to receive a personal link or email. Without this information, the referral link cannot be created. The referrer agrees that the Referee may use his first and last name when booking.

2,500 Great Members points (loyalty program) are automatically added to the Referrer’s account 3 days after the Referee comes back. If the Referee cancels his or her stay, the Referrer will not be eligible for the 2,500 Great Members points. Limited to no more than 10 Referee per sponsor per year.
