Sanitary measure

Some services offered at Club Med Québec Charlevoix have been adapted to welcome you safely.
Following the latest restrictions announced by the Québec government to fight against the spread of COVID-19, Club Med Québec Charlevoix remains open but some of our services have been adapted to welcome you under the safest circumstances.

To meet the government requirements

our services in-Resort will be adapted as follow as of December 31st 2021 :

RESTAURANTS & BARS
Our restaurants are closed and will offer an all-day take-out service* from 7 am to 10 pm for breakfast, lunch, snacking and dinner. Our GMs will be able to pick-up their meals at the restaurant and enjoy their food and drinks in their rooms.

A bar-to-go service will also be available from 3pm to 5.30pm with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails and mocktails, wines, beers…)

Our dining rooms and bars are closed.

"La Cave" is open from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m so that our GMs can buy an assortment of wines and spirits to consume in their rooms.

*Room service will be available for customers staying in our Exclusive Collection Space “Le Saint-Laurent”

ENTERTAINMENT & AMBIANCE
As dancing and group meetings are prohibited, the evening programming has been temporarily suspended.

KIDS CLUB
Our kids clubs will continue to welcome children from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a program designed to limit interactions between guests and staff. Ski lessons will continue to occur as planned
For kids 3 and older, parents must pick them up for lunch.

SPORT
All indoor sport activities have been temporarily suspended until further notice. Access to the cardio and fitness rooms is closed.

The mountain remains accessible as well as ski lifts, GMs will have to comply with the sanitary rules in force (wearing of a face coverage, social distance and Vaccination passport required)

SPA
The Spa will remain open for adapted treatments, however access to the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and outdoor baths are temporarily closed.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is temporarily closed.

HOUSE KEEPING
To limit contact with guests, the frequency of room cleaning will be reduced.

Our processes are certified by an International Safety Audit Agency - Cristal, including new POSICheck COVID-19 Prevention Certification.

All protocols have been adapted to meet or exceed local regulations and are subject to modification as regulations change.

Airport Transfers

Making sure you travel safely

  • Social distancing will be in place from the moment we pick up you up at the airport
  • Masks are mandatory inside of transfers
  • Hand sanitizers will be available in the vehicle
  • All Club Med providers and teams will sanitize vehicles after each trip

Front Desk

Making sure we welcome you safely

The following measures have been taken to ensure a seamless arrival:

  • Floor markings encouraging safe 6 feet social distance
  • Expand Digital Services
  • Easy check-in/check-out
  • Electronic payment

Restaurants & Bars

Making sure you sip & savor safely

  • Our restaurants are closed and will offer a take-out service for breakfast, lunch, snacking and dinner. Our GMs will be able to order their meals, pick them up at the restaurant and enjoy their meals and drinks in their rooms.

Common Areas

Making sure you enjoy the Resort safely

Club Med has implemented enhanced safety and hygiene measures as part of our Safe Together protocols.

  • Wearing of protective face masks in accordance with local regulations
  • Reinforced cleaning measures and increased frequency of sanitization of common areas: halls, lobby, restrooms, corridors, etc.
  • Sanitizing with a dedicated product on all critical touch points
  • Dedicated measures for elevators (sanitization, signage etc.)

Guest Rooms

Making sure you sleep safely

The frequency of room cleaning will be reduced to limit contacts.

  • New process for linen cleaning, including systematic washing above 70°C / 160°F
  • Full sanitization of guestrooms after each departure
  • Masks and gloves provided to housekeeping and maintenance teams

Children’s Supervision

Taking care of your little ones

  • Social distancing maintained throughout the spa journey
  • Access to the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and outdoor baths are temporary closed

Entertainment & Ambiance

  • As dancing and group meetings are prohibited, the evening programming has been temporarily suspended.
