Turkoise Turks and Caicos

The property is in a fantastic location. The GO team is engaged and helps create a fun positive vibe that’s inclusive. Most of the team spoke at least 2 languages so when doing activities it was common to have people involved from all over the world. I wouldn’t let other reviews deter you from staying here, but the facilities are older and the rooms are not luxurious. They are still clean and comfortable. The resort might not rank up there in luxury but has everything you could need and makes up for it in safety, cleanliness, and ambiance. It is a great value and absolutely worth visiting. I know I’ll go back and visit other Club Med properties in the future.

The resort itself was very nice and in comparison to the other options in Providenciales a tremendous value. But the strength of this resort is its people.

They were all friendly and helpful, but there were several people who deserve special recognition.

Mariana - she works at the front desk, but she was helpful with everything from our room to a suntan burn and she was so sweet, we wish we could take her everywhere we travel.

Rosalie & Magalie - our new best friends, not only were they great bartenders. But a blast to hang out with and very open and friendly.

Luis - the housekeeping manager who was the life of the party, but when we had an issue in the room, he got it fixed immediately. In fact, we told him about the issue when we saw him at dinner and by the time we got back to the room less than an hour later, it was already resolved.

Also, a big shout out to Fern and Alicia (front desk), Joshua and Ana (concierge), Alex (bartender) and Dorsi who was very friendly and seemed to be everywhere at once. Ana, thanks for the HDMI cable.

** Pro Tip: Always pack a HDMI cable, TV doesn't have a lot of choices. I know you don't go there to watch TV, but I like to wind down with the TV on. So I was able to watch Netflix & Amazon. Other US streaming services were blocked (Hulu, Disney).

In conclusion, the food was good, the beach is really amazing. It was my 2nd time there and my wife's 4th, but we met a guy who been there over 100 times. He loves it that much! A great place to go on a budget, it isn't Buckingham palace, but they will treat you like a King!

My mom and I just got back from Club Med Turkoise and had an absolutely amazing time. The thing I will remember the most is learning how to sail the hobiecat. I learned from Graydon, who was an excellent teacher and made it very fun. He did a wonderful job going step by step and calmly correcting my mistakes as they happened. Sebastian then took my mom and I out on the hobiecat so we could be passenger princesses to fully enjoy what the hobiecat had to offer. When I wanted to take the hobiecat on my own, but I was a little nervous, Etienne offered to come along with me for a quick refresher. He had a full schedule and still took the time to do this so I could have the extra confidence to be able to do it myself. I was extremely grateful to the whole sailing team for teaching me to do something that I will never forget. 10/10 would recommend to everyone going here.

Club Med did it again, we had an amazing time. This was our fifth time and can’t wait to return. We enjoyed all the activities, but our favorite was the sailing. Raphael heads a great staff (Sebastian and Graydon, Emerick, Saul} we enjoyed the Armada to Iguana island, a highlight of our trip. I kayaked daily and they were ready for me with a paddle and a push off. The food, was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Shout out to the Sharky staff (cooks and bartenders) great way to end the day and ease into the evening. We loved the after show party at the bar to end a day of beach and sun.

Well club med, you didn’t it again. We had another great trip at Turks and Caicos .

The food was so good. It is a buffet, but there are so many choices .
