Our ski village stay programs operate on a Sunday-to-Sunday schedule because the ski lessons included in your booking begin on Mondays. This ensures you have ample time to experience the breathtaking beauty and thrilling activities of the Alps.

After you have successfully submitted your Winter 2026/2027 request and see the success page, an account will be created for you with the information and email you've entered. To initiate your login setup, select "Forgot my password," and an email will be sent to you for password creation. Should you suspect an existing account under your email, please use the "Forgot my password" option before filling out the form to prevent the creation of a duplicate account.

If you’re not receiving a price estimate, please ensure the following:

• All Mandatory Fields Are Completed: Double-check that all required fields, such as travel dates, number of guests, and preferences, are fully filled out.
• Single Resort Selection: Only one Club Med resort can be requested per inquiry.

Your quote and request details are available in your customer account. You can complete your booking when sales open on the February 2nd 2026 for Gold and Platinum members, and sales open for everyone on February 3rd 2026.

Yes, you can request more than one quote, and all your requests will be saved in your customer account. On the sales opening date, you'll receive one email with the best option based on your requests, but you’ll still be able to book any of your saved quotes by accessing them via your Club Med account.

No, a price estimate is a proposal that does not guarantee the price, availability, space, or selected room category.

Any services such as Kid Clubs or other can not be added at the time of the pre-registration, it can be added once the proposal is converted into an option based on availability.
