Itara - Main restaurant

Savour a variety of international and Japanese delights, including the freshest fish, from our main buffet restaurant. With 4 distinct spaces, each inspired by Hokkaido regions, the setting will surely surprise. Bucolic Valley, Farmhouse, Sea of clouds, and Rays of sun, with the Unkai Terrace (available in summer only), each offers a unique gastronomic adventure to share.

For added convenience, a Baby Corner will offer a place to prepare special meals, and a variety of amenities to make dining with a young one relaxing.


Haku - Speciality restaurant

Haku, our Hokkaido resort speciality restaurant, prepares this beef Japanese delicacy to perfection paired with a selection of delicious side dishes to complement. Whether winding or energizing the nights on the dance floor, Unkai is the hottest place to sip an ice-cold pint or two. Take in spectacular mountain vistas while music fills the air.


The Nest - Zen Bar

Settle into cosy seating with cocktail tables or at the bar and enjoy a selection of small bites and a curated tea lesson at The Nest. Guests can also take part in the bar’s immersion into some of the best local whiskies and sakes. Poured by a knowledgeable bartender, they may enjoy a guided tasting of premium Japanese whiskies like award-winning Nikka and Suntory’s single malt Yamazaki or Hakushu, as well as local sakes. Mahjongg as well as live music set the scene.

Drawing from over 40 years of Club Med experience with children’s programs, our Hokkaido resort offers a variety of playful pursuits and clubs for young children and teens to make their winter adventures unforgettably fun. With dedicated spaces specifically designed for their needs, equipment designed for comfort and safety, and certified G.O® with a passion for what they do, parents can enjoy their holiday away with peace of mind. From skiing or snowboard lessons given by professional ski instructors, to creative activities and games for all ages, kids can dive into seemingly endless things to do in Hokkaido.

Petit Club Med

Petit Club Med gives 2 and 3 year olds a space to laugh and explore. They are grouped by age so that activities can be tailored to their needs. Through painting, walks, gymnastics, colouring and much more, they can blossom in their own way and at their own pace. From 3 years and up, they can try popping on some skis and taking winter sports lessons* at extra cost, helped by their Ski School instructor and G.Os.

*The Learning to Ski course is available in selected Resorts only

Mini Club Med

Once their G.Os have got them ready and equipped, your children are ready to take to the snow. Skiing is available from 4 years and up and snowboarding from 8 years and up, taught in ability groups. See them follow their Ski School instructor down the slopes. At lunchtime, they can eat with their friends or with their family before going back to their lessons. At après-ski time, they take part in fun and creative activities. As well as rehearsing for their own little show!

Club Med Passworld

Teens strap on their skis or snowboards and experience the joys of downhill snow sports. Divided into groups based on ability, they tear down the slopes with guidance from their Ski School instructors. Strong skiers can mix it up and get their share of thrills with the Multi Snow Sports Programme. They can ski the pistes as well as riding moguls. Lunch breaks with friends are the perfect time to tell stories about their exploits in the powder. Après-ski is fun and festive, with games, parties and dancing.
The Multi Snow Sports Programme is offered on limited dates at a selection of Resorts.

Club Med Baby Welcome®

When it comes to babies and children, we’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to. Our youngest guests enjoy a special, personal welcome along with a selection of amenities to use in-room or in the baby feeding area to ensure a comfortable stay.
