How can I redeem my Future Travel Credits online?

Future Travel Credits are redeemable on:
✔ Bookings with any rate, except the non-refundable rate
✔ Land-only bookings (without transport)

1. Use Your Future Travel Credit

Choose your dream destination and complete your booking all the way through the vacation summary page, right before the payment page. Scroll down and choose the option "Book With Your Future Travel Credit".

2. Confirm your choice

You can choose to hold this reservation and our Club Med advisors will automatically confirm it by using your Credit.

3. That's it, nothing else to do!

Once your reservation has been confirmed by our team, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that your booking has been made within 48 hours.
Please note that if your Future Travel Credit does not cover the total amount of your stay, you will be responsible for the final payment at due date, as displayed in your voucher.

This Assistance Agreement constitutes the general conditions of the contract concluded between EUROP ASSISTANCE, a business governed by the Insurance Code, and CLUB MED SALES, on behalf of its clients. It specifies the content of and the limits on the services to be provided by EUROP ASSISTANCE for CLUB MED SALES clients. The Assistance is provided by EUROP ASSISTANCE, and not by Club Med®. Any enrollment in Club Med®, or through the intermediary of a travel agent, makes the G.M® eligible for EUROP ASSISTANCE services, which cover assistance for persons. Applicable only to US members (G.Ms®) who are US residents and have booked and paid for their trip in the US. This coverage supercedes any previously existing coverage and is subject to change without notice.
