Discovery Center

In Club Med, each vacation is an occasion to leave behind the daily routine and open yourself to new experiences

The Discovery Center offers a variety of excursions (at an extra cost) to discover the country - registration on the premises, subject to availability. The program is given for information only and is subject to change.

Discovery Center

  • Delfiniti Kid's (dolphins) Excursion specificly designed for children, they will appreciate the capacities and caracteristics of this amazing mammal. Accompanied by an adult for 20 min, the children will be able to swim in a pool with the dolphins, touch them, stroke them and even kiss them!

  • Lobster lunch on the Island of Ixtapa This excursion gives you the chance to taste a real culinary treat: a delicious lobster lunch.

  • Magical sunset cruise on a catamaran (1/2D) Departure from Puerto Mio Marina, in Zihuatanejo in the afternoon, return early evening. Drinks and appetizers are served on board.

  • Meet the dolphins A rare opportunity for your baby to meet up with the dolphins for a moment of fun. An unforgettable experience for all.

  • Swim with the dolphins (personalized) You will learn, during 45 minutes, interesting facts about dolphins and you will also be able to swim and play with them. Designed for children and adults.

  • Visit of Morelia town (1 D) Capital of the mexican state of Mihoacan de Ocampo, Morelia is located in the region of "Guayangareo Valley" surrounded by the "Punhuato" and "Quinceo" mountains.

    It's the biggest town of the country. The historical center is classified and protected by UNESCO, with it's numerous churches and houses similar to the ones dating back to the colonial era.This part of town, around 150 blocks, counts over 1000 monuments and historical sites. One of the main sites is the cathedral of Morelia built in baroc style. Numerous other churches are to be found around the town such as the "Temple de las Rosas" who's annex is the Music conservatory, both displaying an amazing architectural style. Inside the town, most of the buildings were built with a pink colored stone giving Morelia a unique caracter amongst all the other colonial towns of Mexico, and explains the origin of its first name "La Cantera Rosa"
