The Resort
The resort of Cap Skirring is in the South of Senegal, lying drowsily in the shade of a coconut grove along the edge of a fine sandy beach. The natural materials, primitive frescos and thatched roof bungalows dotted around this tropical garden create a serene and typically African atmosphere in the resort.
A resort that is also loved for its 9-hole golf course*, part of which runs along the sea's edge, and for its catamaran trips. Here, time passes to the rhythm of long, relaxing swims, excursions* and Club Med Fitness activities...

Parks & Gardens
Gardens consisting mainly of baobabs, flamboyants, traveller's palms and other fruit trees, not to mention many magnificent plants as colourful as they are varied. A superb coconut palm grove runs along the length of the beach.
Beach
A superb beach of fine white sand stretches over 1500 metres. The sea floor is sandy and the water is shallow at the edge, with waves that make swimming a real joy. The beach is equipped with loungers, showers and a beach bar. Hammocks are available in the coconut grove running alongside the beach.

Take part in the "Solidarity for Education Action"organised by the Cap Skirring Fondation Club Méditérranée, by bringing a selection of books, comic books, novels, magazines, encyclopaedia for children and adults, and taking them to the "Espace Fondation" at the Resort.
Your contributions will be given to the Espérance en Casamanceassociation that will hand them on to the local school libraries.
