Best time to contact a Travel Specialist by phone
At Club Med, we are here to assist you in the planning of your trip; from choosing a destination to booking your air travel we are here to help you and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to provide you with the best service, 7 days a week.
Our Club Med Travel Specialists are available from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday and 9:30AM - 6:00PM, Saturday and Sunday. As your time is valuable to us, we want to give you an indication when is the best time to reach a Travel Specialist, with minimal wait time; please refer to the chart below.
