Boston public transportation shutdown

Due to the current situation unfolding in the Boston area, we are sensitive to the impact this may have on our GM’s living in the area. We have implemented the following policies to give flexibility to those of you impacted by today’s events.
GUESTS SCHEDULED TO TRAVEL:
Guests scheduled to travel but are unable to do so due to cancelled flights have the following options:
• Revise to an alternate arrival date, prior to April 30, 2013 without any fees on the land package or increase in nightly rate.
• Guests should contact their carrier to determine what fees could be assessed for revisions as these would be their responsibility.
GUESTS CURRENTLY IN RESORT, UNABLE TO DEPART:
Should guests be unable to depart our resort as scheduled due to flight cancellations, we do provide the following for our guests based on their individual booking.
• Guests who booked an air inclusive package with us will remain at the resort free of charge.
• Guests who booked only their land stay with us will be able to remain at the resort for a nightly rate equivalent to 50% of our local nightly rate.
