Tignes Val Claret, France

"I set out to re-interpret the mountain chalet in a more contemporary spirit. The idea was to play with shapes and motifs using warm materials such as tinted pine and chestnut wood associated with coloured fabrics, a sort of modern tribute to traditional objects made of carved wood and horn. " François Champsaur

Val d' Isère 5 Trident Luxury Space, France

« A jewel of modernity, soft colour, simple and natural materials, enhanced with touches of more vibrant colour. At the foot of an olive grove, an infinity pool like a liquid ice cube in the middle of nature. Rooms that give a sense of space with the powerful presence of southern France's luxuriant nature from the moment you step inside.» François Champsaur

La Pointe aux Cannoniers, Mauritius

« I wanted to evoke the colourful spirit of the island with "a certain influence". Blues and beiges, contrasting reds mingling with exotic woods give a soothing, fresh feel. Open architecture and vast volumes with high ceilings are enhanced by gentle lighting, almost like candle light. » François Champsaur
