This premiere week-long event hosted by Club Med Corporate Chef Erik Peters, featuring guest celebrity chefs and Master sommeliers, will draw on your affinity and passion for world class cuisine, fine wines, and fantastic cocktails. It promises to enhance the soul, the spirit, and the sense of community from its rich & unique culinary programming.
Enriching your epicurean senses through a diverse array of events, Peters and his colleagues fill six days and nights in one of the Caribbean's most stunning locations as the week aligns itself under the sign of gastronomy. KitchenAid sponsored culinary demonstrations hosted by Chef Bernard Guillas - author of Flying Pans, noon beach BBQ’s featuring the cuisine of BBQ Legend Ray ‘Dr. BBQ” Lampe, wine workshops, beach parties, rum tasting, cigar expositions, 4-course signature dinners using locally sourced ingredients are inspired by various global regions, an evening “carnival”, and animated evenings are all between meals on the week-long menu.
